Refund policy

Every single sticker kit we drop is made-to-order, custom-tailored, and precision-manufactured specifically for your racing identity and chassis parameters. Because of the highly personalized nature of our products, we operate under a strict refund policy.

1. Before Production (Cancellations)

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, or at any time before our team begins the custom digital layout or physical production process.

  • Once production has officially started or custom proofs have been initiated, orders are locked in and are no longer eligible for cancellation or a change of mind refund.

2. Once Produced (No Returns or Exchanges)

  • Once your sticker set has been produced or printed, all sales are final.

  • We cannot accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds based on a change of mind, race category changes, design preference shifts after the fact, or ordering mistakes made on your end.

3. Manufacturing Faults & Defects (Our Guarantee)

We stand by the quality of our ultra-thick, track-tested vinyl. If there is an issue on our end, we will make it right immediately.

You are fully covered for a replacement or a partial/full refund if your order arrives with any of the following:

  • Production Faults: Bleeding ink, unaligned laminate layers, or clean structural slicing errors.

  • Incorrect Specifications: The kit arrives matching an entirely different class or setup than the parameters finalized during your design verification process.

  • Shipping Damage: The physical stickers arrive torn, creased through the backing, or explicitly ruined due to transit issues.

4. How to Open a Fault Claim

If your kit has a genuine manufacturer's defect, do not apply the stickers to your bodywork.

  • Snap a few clear photos of the fault or damage.

  • Reach out to our team via our Contact Page or send us a message directly on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

  • If a defect is verified, we will prioritize a replacement print job at absolute zero cost to you, or process a refund back to your original payment method.
